Maintenance dose
A lower, ongoing dose some people stay on long-term after reaching their goal, decided with a clinician.
A maintenance dose is a steady, often lower dose continued after the main weight-loss phase to help hold the result. Because obesity is a chronic condition, some people stay on a maintenance dose indefinitely rather than stopping entirely, and research on reduced-frequency dosing suggests less-frequent dosing can preserve much of the weight loss. Whether a maintenance dose is right, and at what level, is strictly a clinician decision; GLP-Done never advises changing a dose.
