Microdosing

Using ultra-low, sub-approved GLP-1 doses; not a recommended practice and not evidence-based.

Microdosing refers to taking GLP-1 medications at ultra-low doses below the FDA-approved range. Obesity-medicine specialists do not recommend it, and there is no clinical evidence that sub-approved doses provide sustained benefit. For people who cannot stay on full-dose therapy, clinician-guided tapering or reduced-frequency dosing are the evidence-based alternatives. GLP-Done never promotes microdosing.
